I’m Glad You’re Here
You’re in a season of change
and it feels like everything is shifting under your feet.
Maybe you’re a creative or entrepreneur, and trying to carve out a path that truly feels like yours. Or perhaps you’re navigating a career shift, a major life transition, or untangling the complex dynamics of your family history. Maybe you're in a relationship and questioning who you are or where you went. Whatever it may be, you feel unmoored—uncertain about what comes next and longing for a sense of clarity, confidence, and direction.
Underneath the internal shifts, you are wrestling with deeper questions
and you are ready to work with a therapist who can see you and where you want to grow.
You may have spent years pushing forward, trying to meet certain milestones or prove something to yourself or others. But now, that way of operating isn’t clicking. You’re ready for something different—something more authentic.
With self-awareness and self-compassion as foundational skills, we will create a safe, supportive space for you to dive in to your inner world, adjust what no longer serves you, and step into a more meaningful life.

My Philosophy
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Instead of rushing toward the next thing, we’ll slow down and make space for your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to unfold.
Our work together will help you:
Make sense of your story—understanding how past experiences, family dynamics, and internalized beliefs shape the way you see yourself and your choices
Get unstuck—exploring the fears, doubts, and pressures that keep you from moving forward in the way you want
Reconnect with yourself—learning to listen to your intuition, honor your needs, and trust your own timing
Navigate relationships with more clarity—whether in your personal life, creative collaborations, or family system
My approach is collaborative, relational, and attuned to the nuances of your lived experience. We’ll blend reflection with practical strategies, incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a deep understanding of relational dynamics.
Most importantly, therapy is your space—to be seen, to explore, and to grow into the next version of yourself.
My Background
Chasing someone else's markers of success and happiness left me feeling deeply disconnected from myself.
True clarity didn’t come from working harder or accomplishing more—it came from slowing down, listening, and learning to trust my own sense of direction.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with trainings in sound healing and somatic approaches for emotional regulation.
I also have a background in engineering and an MBA with an emphasis in startups, which gives me a unique perspective on navigating career transitions, entrepreneurial endeavors and the emotional complexities of making big life changes.
My perspective continues to shift with holistic modalities and engaging in my own therapy and wellness work. I approach therapy with a blend of practical insight and holistic care, helping you unlock your potential for growth and transformation.

Therapy looks different for everyone. But one thing it isn’t is a one-and-done type of healing. In fact, when it comes to healing, I’m not really sure what is one-and-done…My job as a therapist is to ensure that our work remains helpful and valuable to my clients, and we will check in on goals periodically to ensure that our clinical work remains relevant.
